Through the Food Farmacy, eligible patients can receive access to fresh produce, whole grains, lean proteins, and other wholesome options tailored to their medical needs. These food prescriptions help address health concerns and insecurity, empowering patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes supporting long-term wellness.
