Ever wish you could sit down one-on-one with the candidates seeking your vote?

On Wednesday, October 7, Washington County Indivisible will host a Candidate Speed Dating event, giving you the opportunity to meet local candidates, ask your questions, and have meaningful conversations in a fun, interactive format.

We're still putting the finishing touches on the event, but for now, save the date and start thinking about what you'd like to ask the people who want to represent our community.

WCI Immigration Activism

WCI Immigration Activism focuses on three strategies to fight back against authoritarianism and protect our neighbors: ADVOCACY, ACTION and COMMUNITY CARE.

Indivisible means standing up for each other, particularly for those who are most vulnerable to the current administration’s attacks on our basic, fundamental rights. The administration's Project 2025, as explained by Heather Cox Richardson, is fulfilling its promise of mass deportations.

Monitoring plans to “house” up to 1,500 detainees in a Hagerstown or county warehouse and sharing accurate information.
Assisting families with children that have lost a family member due to deportations.
